The IRS offers an online tool - Where's My Refund?
You'll need the following information to use the tool:
Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
Your filing status (e.g., Single, Married Filing Jointly, etc.)
The exact refund amount you are expecting (from your tax return)
When electronically filed, It typically takes 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. It may take up to 3 business days from when you file for information to be available in the IRS tool. If it has been more than a week since filing and you do not see your refund in the IRS tool, please contact our office. The tool updates once a day, so you don’t need to check multiple times a day.
